This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and has no forms.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic technical data (browser, requested page, time) to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps such logs only for a short time, per its own policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Our games also request the current time from this website (see the app's privacy policy).
If you e-mail us, we use your e-mail address and message only to answer you, and keep them as long as needed for that (legal basis: legitimate interest, or a contract if it concerns a purchase). Mail to @lemmensdigital.nl is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox at Google (Gmail).
Cloudflare and Google are US companies and may process data in the United States. They participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
